Got questions about RF Awareness Training? Our FAQ page covers everything you need to know—from payment and enrolment to accessing your certificate. Whether you're enrolling individually or in bulk, we’ve streamlined the process to make it as simple as possible. Plus, with our Australian-based team, you’ll always have real support when you need it, even after hours.
  • Are we Australian based?

    Yes. We are a family business based in Melbourne. When you ring or email a real person answers you. 


    This is also a bonus if you need help over a weekend or after hours - at a reasonable time. We do answer calls or emails if we are available or we will return calls as soon as possible that day.


  • How to pay and get started?

    • When you enter the site, at the top are three tabs. Click the "Courses" tab, which will take you to the course page.
    • If you wish to complete a new course or if you wish to redo the course for a new certificate, choose the relevant year e.g. "RF Awareness 2025". 
    • PayPal is the management system that processes the payments for the course. You do not need to have a PayPal account as you can pay by credit card.
    • Click on Enter which will take you to the payment page. Click on the tab "send payment via PayPal". It will take you to a second page where you can click "Pay by PayPal" or just under that is "Pay with debit or credit card".
    • This will take you to a screen where you enter your email address and click continue.
    • On the next screen it will ask you to sign into “PayPal” or “Continue as a guest”
  • When are formal receipts issued?

    On payment for the course a receipt will be issued from PayPal. 


    A formal ATO compliant receipt from RF Awareness will be issued within a week of your training via MYOB. 

  • How are bulk enrolments processed?

    There are two ways to process bulk enrolments.


    If you send the names of the employees to us, we will manually process the enrolments for you and send an invoice for payment into our bank account. On advice from you that the payment has been made, we will send you the log-in details of each employee for you to send to them and manage within your company. 


    The second method is for us to manually enrol the employees as per the above and send you an invoice. We can then make contact to process payment by credit card over the phone.


    The course is $165 per person including GST for all users. 

  • Do you offer discount?

    We don't offer discounts for bulk enrolments as we try to keep the course as cheap as possible for all users.  This is why we have the self-enrolment process.


    However, for bulk enrolment, we do the enrolment process for you, thus saving you time.

  • How do I leave the course if I haven’t finished and start again later?

    If you need to move away from the course, please log out and log back in on your return to your training.


    If the course is left open for an extended period it times out in the background. If you return and just take up from where you left off, it will not record any further work you do or your assessment result.

  • Why didn’t I receive a certificate?

    1. You left your computer for an extended period without logging out and back in again before continuing.
    2. You didn’t go through all the theory before commencing the assessments
